The SK Restaurant Group is defining dining in downtown Orlando. It all started with 'Fifi's Bistro' which opened in November, 2006 in trendy Thornton Park. The atmosphere and cuisine wowed critics and diners alike. Within months of opening, Fifi's was named 'Best New Restaurant' by both Orlando Magazine and Orlando Leisure Magazine.
The SK Restaurant Group did not travel far to open their second concept, 'graze'. It is right next door to 'Fifi's Bistro' in the ground floor of Orlando's most luxurious condominiums, the Sanctuary. The look and tastes at 'Graze' are totally different from 'Fifi's', but the commitment to serving the finest cuisine in the best setting is just the same. 'Graze' has become dining landmark in Florida.
The SK Restaurant Group was founded by real estate developer Steve Kodsi. Kodsi's entire career has been built around the principal that Central Florida deserves a thriving downtown filled with a wide variety of options for fine dining, world class entertainment and luxury real estate. With his 173 unit Sanctuary condominium project he delivered just that. The Sanctuary was named "Best Building in Orlando" by readers of Orlando Magazine. It is home to professional athletes and Central Florida power brokers in addition to 'Fifi's' and 'Graze'.
