
Graze Executive Chef Jephanie Foster is one of the most celebrated chefs in Central Florida. Orlando Leisure Magazine named her "Most Outstanding Emerging Chef" in 2006. The Restaurant Forum proclaimed her "Top 20 Chefs in Central Florida" in 2004. She received national exposure on 'Lifetime Television for Women. The critics have called her 'she-chef extraordinaire' and 'a naturally gifted chef'.
Foster has an extensive hospitality and culinary background with over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Ms. Foster began her career in Central Florida as a cooking apprentice at the Walt Disney World Swan in 1988. Since then she has spent 8 years cooking in Chicago at several restaurants including Cafe 28, Pepper Lounge and Saussy as well as gaining valuable front of the house experience with Odyssey Cruises, Cru Wine Bar, Rhapsody and Mango. Upon returning to Central Florida she opened and owned the Zagat rated "Blue Bistro" and "Midnight Blue" both in downtown Orlando.
Foster joined the SK Restaurant Group in August, 2008. She is currently Executive Chef of Graze Restaurant and Managing Director of SK Restaurant Group.
